You want to do everything you can to make sure that your fundraiser is a success. After all, you need to make sure that you can keep your program running longer, and you have probably put a lot of time into the program and your fundraiser. There are things that you can do that will help you succeed in your goals. One of those things is to print out all kinds of flyers. If you print out flyers, there are a number of ways that flyers can help you make your fundraiser a success. 

Advertising

One way that flyers can help you is that you can use them as advertising for your fundraiser. You can have the flyers sent through the mail to your target demographic so that they know about your fundraiser and how they can donate to it. You can also have the flyers posted in various businesses so that the community, in general, can see all the information about your fundraiser. Depending on what your program is, you can even send flyers home with people. For example, if your program is an afterschool art program for elementary school kids, you can send flyers home with the kids to give to their parents. To make the flyers even better, you could arrange to have some of the kids' artwork on it so that people can actually see what it is you are raising funds for.  

Attendance

Another way that you can use flyers to help your fundraiser is to use them to track your attendance. You can do this by having numbered flyers that you have handed out to people prior to your fundraiser. On the flyers, you can have something printed on it that says that the flyer needs to be presented at the door. As the flyers are presented at the door, you can keep track of the numbers on the flyer. If you put the flyers in numerical order as they come in, that will make it easier for you to keep track of what the numbers are. At the end of the night, you can sit down and look at the various numbers on the flyer, which should give you a good idea as to how many people were at your fundraiser.
